What does my-bookings connect with TTLock?
Setup starts with the unit: a room or apartment in my-bookings is linked to the corresponding lock ID. This identifies the accommodation to which access belongs. Where guests need several doors, main and secondary entrances are included in planning. The access code becomes part of the stay rather than a separate task.
From booking to arrival
A reservation reaches the PMS through direct booking or a connected channel. my-bookings uses the unit mapping to create the access code automatically. Delivery is included in the configured message automation. Your property defines timing, template and release conditions, so the guest receives access information as part of their arrival instructions.
Validity, changes and shared entrances
During setup, arrival and departure times are aligned with the code capabilities of your TTLock hardware. Extensions, room moves and cancellations therefore belong in acceptance testing. We also check the route from the building entrance to the room. Automatic updates and changes requiring manual approval are defined for your installation.
What do you need for the TTLock connection?
You need a my-bookings account, compatible TTLock locks, the associated account connection and clear mapping of units and doors. Whether a gateway or accessories are needed depends on the model and intended workflow. Before activation, a sample reservation, code delivery and physical door opening are tested. An available contact and independent emergency access remain part of property operations.
Which properties benefit?
The connection is particularly useful for apartments at several addresses, holiday rentals and hotels with late arrivals or self check-in. Your team keeps reservations and access preparation within the same operational workflow. A personal welcome remains possible; automation also helps when a guest arrives after reception closes.
