What needs checking before launch?
Installations differ. We check the lock model, accessories, account connection and connectivity, including the route through building and room entrances. A sample stay verifies permissions, delivery and physical access.
Include changes in the workflow
Extensions, room moves and cancellations affect access requirements. During setup, agree how these cases are handled with your supported Nuki configuration. Your team needs clear responsibility for questions and exceptions.
Self check-in with personal support
Automated preparation can complement a personal welcome. Arranged access is especially useful for late arrivals. Plan alternative access and an available contact for guests without a working phone or in case of technical failure.
