What does managing your property really cost?
Use your own assumptions to estimate how much working time connected workflows could save and what that time is worth. A transparent estimate, not a guaranteed saving.
Your property
Every figure is adjustable. Suggested times are model assumptions for mainly manual workflows, not measured my-bookings customer results.
Travel & key handover
Include only trips actually avoided through automated access. Do not double-count combined cleaning or maintenance trips.
Adjust time savings
Values are minutes saved per arrival / booking, except owner statements (minutes per unit per month). Key handling includes scheduling, waiting and handover, excluding travel and guest registration. Count only the difference between your old and new workflow. Do not count the same task twice.

Time freed up does not automatically reduce labour costs.
How to read the result: The full time value includes the economic value of your own time. Actual cost savings include only the share you specify that reduces payroll or contractor costs, plus avoided vehicle costs. At 0%, time is still freed up but is not treated as a labour cost reduction. First-year savings also deduct €850 basic setup and your hardware / setup costs. All figures exclude VAT. Revenue increases, energy savings and the alternative revenue commission are not included.

Does support cost extra?
Support is included on a fair-use basis. You can reach us personally Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Additional work, such as custom modifications or extensive data migration, is agreed separately.
What notice period applies?
There is no minimum contract term. You may cancel by email to office@my-bookings.org at the end of the current calendar month, provided we receive your notice by its last calendar day. No cancellation or termination fee applies. See our terms for details.
Is a fixed/percentage price combination available?
Yes, we can offer a combination of a fixed price and a percentage component. We discuss suitable pricing, modules and any third-party costs in your individual offer.
