Payment providers and the PMS have different roles
The PMS holds the reservation, agreed amount and payment terms. The provider performs enabled payment operations. my-bookings connects this information with configured rules. Payment methods, checks and charges depend on the provider and merchant account.
Include Stripe and Unzer in the booking workflow
Stripe and Unzer connect supported payment processes with reservation management. Setup covers due dates, conditions and responses. Your team must be able to distinguish pending payments from completed transactions.
Review PAYONE and PayPal against your agreement
PAYONE and PayPal are also in the provider portfolio. We review the product, account and intended payment route. Supporting a provider does not mean every terminal, payment method or add-on is available without configuration.
easybill connects reservations, documents and payments
Through easybill, my-bookings supports invoice creation from booking and payment transactions. Payment allocation and document-status updates are also part of configured workflows. Austrian cash-register processes can include A-Trust or e-tresor together with easybill.
Configure around typical reservation scenarios
Use deposit, balance, amendment and cancellation examples during setup. These reveal which steps can be automated and which need review. Provider agreements and fees are discussed separately. Automation does not guarantee payment success.
