Automatic Cash Register
Your support for the daily processing of cash transactions
What does “cash register obligation” mean…
Since April 1, 2017, companies in Austria with total sales of more than EUR 15,000 are required to maintain a cash register if more than EUR 7,500.00 of the total sales are processed in cash. However, “cash payments” within the meaning of the cash register obligation not only include cash payments that enter a register but also sales that are paid on-site using a card via a terminal.

What can I expect from the fully automated cash system solution:
To achieve optimal user, business, and customer comfort, we have integrated an automatic “cloud” solution for your cash register into our software at my-bookings. This means that cash register entries are recorded in my-bookings, and the data is automatically shared with the participating systems in accordance with security and GDPR regulations through interfaces.
The special aspect of our software system is that, among other things, no hardware is required for the electronic cash register, and almost every process occurs automatically according to the customer’s settings.
How our electronic cash register system works for businesses in practice:
* When an invoice with cash payment is generated in the cash register system, my-bookings creates with one click ….
… the automatic entry in the electronic cash book
… an invoice provided with a RgK-compliant QR code in easybill
… an entry with the tax rates as per the invoice in E-Tresor
* When an invoice with terminal payment is generated, my-bookings creates with one click ….
… an invoice provided with a RgK-compliant QR code in easybill
… an entry with the tax rates as per the invoice in E-Tresor
Immediately after integration, the legally required receipts in Austria are also generated automatically in the software:
· Start receipt immediately upon successful integration
· Always on the 1st of the month a monthly receipt
· Always on December 31st a yearly receipt
· Final receipt upon closure of the cash register
What requirements must I fulfill for the successful integration, configuration, and activation of the cash register system…
… a web user in your Finanzonline access for the online cash register
… an account for data storage with E-Tresor/A-Trust
… an account for receipt recording at easybill.de
What costs will I incur …
The costs for the cash register (certificate & E-Tresor) currently amount to EUR 120.00 per year, excluding VAT (as of Oct. 2021), and are not included in the monthly usage fees. This fee is charged to us by A-Trust, and we pass this on to you without surcharge. It is also possible to link multiple cash registers in one my-bookings account.
