Which data is exchanged?
PriceLabs documents support for rates, stay-length rules and arrival/departure restrictions up to 720 days ahead. The settings used for a particular property depend on mapping and activation.
Map your account and categories
The connection is configured in both accounts. In my-bookings, the PriceLabs account is assigned to the intended categories. Define which strategy applies to each category and where exceptions are maintained.
A rate includes its rules
Review minimum stays and arrival days alongside the nightly rate. An attractive price is ineffective if the intended stay cannot be booked. Test representative dates such as a weekend, a holiday and a gap between bookings.
Review after activation
Check transferred values in the PMS and intended sales channel. Define price floors and review exceptions regularly. PriceLabs supports pricing decisions; occupancy and revenue still depend on demand, supply and your strategy.
